I led a project to enhance the conversion rate of Zigbang's property listing promotion page. Through UI/UX analysis of the existing page, I identified factors hindering user experience. My goal was to maximize user influx by prominently featuring attractive offers like 'Half-price for the first deal.' Emphasizing the certified real estate agent network and real-time communication features aimed to build trust in property listings
The CJ The Unban app has approximately 40,000 users, with about 80% being men in their 40s to 60s.
Through an Amplitude-based analysis of the sign-up flow, we identified a 17% drop-off at the terms and conditions agreement step and a 12% drop-off during identity verification.
As a result, only 39.1% of users completed the final document submission to finish registration, indicating significant UX friction within the onboarding process.

We hypothesized that incorporating reliable information into design would increase conversion rates. To test this, we conducted desk research on the 'Social Proof' principle. We analyzed surveys on consumer perceptions and actual conditions of online shopping reviews to understand their impact on purchase decisions. Specifically, we deeply investigated the influence of accumulated reviews, review trustworthiness, and the impact of negative reviews on purchase choices

By integrating user reviews into the design and enhancing user experience, we achieved a 13% increase in home listing conversion rates. 'B Type,' compared to 'A Type,' boosted service credibility with phrases like '9/10 customers are satisfied.' Exposing real user reviews and legal touchpoints garnered user trust, leading to higher conversions. This outcome validates our hypothesis that reliable information positively influences user behavior
